Adhesive coating machine

Purpose: adhesive coating machine is used for kraft paper, label paper, advertising paper, double-sided tape, BOPP, textured paper tape, PE, non-woven fabric, etc with the gluing, coating liquid and the production of the double-sided tape, PU, EVA, foam (sponge) on raw materials such as rubber coated fabric.

Features:

1. Double position continuous feeding, automatic tension control and ultrasonic automatic deviation correction are adopted for winding and unwinding.

2. The oven adopts an arch design, the temperature of the oven is controlled by sections, and the fan is controlled by frequency conversion. The air nozzle and inner liner are made of 304 stainless steel, and the guide roller inside the oven is active and synchronous with the main machine.

3. The adhesive coating machine adopts PLC automatic tension control and is equipped with man-machine interface. It has the advantages of accuracy, sensitivity, easy operation and anti-interference.
