Touch screen coater

Purpose: contact film coater is used for precise coating of contact film.

Features:

1. Automatic tension control is adopted for winding and unwinding, and automatic deviation correction by ultrasonic.

2. The oven adopts flat design, the temperature of the oven is controlled by sections, and the fan is controlled by frequency conversion. The air nozzle and inner liner are made of 304 stainless steel, and the guide roller inside the oven is active and synchronous with the main machine.

3. The machine adopts UV light - solid drying design. The lighting is designed with electronic power supply and lamp tube shutter cover.

4. The whole machine adopts PLC automatic tension control, equipped with man-machine interface, and has the advantages of accuracy, sensitivity, easy operation and anti-interference.
