Electronic tape coater

Purpose: suitable for PE, PET film and other soft substrate production.

Features:

1. Double position continuous feeding, automatic tension control and ultrasonic automatic deviation correction are adopted for winding and unwinding.

2. The oven of the electronic tape coater adopts the arch design, the temperature of the oven is controlled by sections, and the fan is controlled by frequency conversion. The air nozzle and inner liner are made of 304 stainless steel, and the guide roller inside the oven is active and synchronous with the main machine.

3. The electronic tape coater adopts PLC automatic tension control, equipped with man-machine interface, and has the advantages of accuracy, sensitivity, easy operation and anti-interference.
